Our staff can provide menus
from traditional Rhode Island preparations, such as our Famous Clam
boil, to more sophisticated progressive dishes, such as our Grilled Mahi menu. This isn't all we do. We can customize a menu to meet the
needs of your guests, whether it is finger sandwiches and salads for
a small reception, seafood canapés and hors d'ovres for a cocktail
party, or a full-scale five-course meal. We've got the best VIEW in
southern New England! Why not combine that with the best SEAFOOD in

Traditional
Lobsterboil - Rhode
Island Clam Chowder & Clam cakes, Garden Salad tossed with balsamic
vinaigrette. Main Course: Steamed 1 1/4 pound Lobster, Boiled Red
Bliss Potato, Native Sweet Corn, Rolls and Butter, Watermelon,
Coffee, Tea, Soda, or Lemonade.
Traditional Clamboil
- Rhode Island Clam
Chowder & Clam cakes, Garden Salad tossed with balsamic vinaigrette.
Main Course: Steamed 1 1/4 pound Lobster, steamer clams, steamed
native mussels, fresh cod fillet, sweet Italian sausage, boiled red
bliss potatoes, native sweet corn, steamed Vidalia onions, Rolls and
Butter, Watermelon, Coffee, Tea, Soda, or Lemonade.
Classic Luncheon Menu #1
- Rhode Island Clam Chowder & Clam cakes, Main Course: (choice of)
Baked Scrod, with lemon, butter, white wine and seasoned breadcrumbs
or Slow Roasted Prime Rib, Queen cut, off the bone, Potatoes and
fresh seasonal vegetables, Rolls and Butter, Grape nut Pudding,
Coffee, Tea, Soda, or Lemonade.

- Rhode Island Clam Chowder & Clam cakes, Main Course: (choice of)
1) Baked Stuffed Filet of Sole, stuffed with baby spinach, shiitake
mushrooms & parmesan or 2) Seafood Pot Pie, (Shrimp, scallops, scrod
& roasted vegetables simmered in lobster sauce, baked in a bread
bowl) or 3) Grilled Bourbon Chicken, char-grilled, smothered in our
own Jim Beam bourbon glaze. Rolls and Butter, Grape nut Pudding,
Coffee, Tea, Soda, or Lemonade.
Progressive Dinner Menu #1
- Cup of Lobster Bisque, field greens garden salad, tossed with a
Chianti Italian Vinaigrette, Main Course (Choice of): 1)
Char-grilled Mahi Mahi, Served with Kevin’s own mango salsa, 2)
Baked Stuffed Breast of Chicken, with a herb-cornbread stuffing,
topped with our orange glaze, 3) Veal Oscar, sautéed scaloppini of
veal topped with Maine crabmeat, baby asparagus spears and
hollandaise. Potatoes, fresh veggies, fresh rolls,
a slice of our signature Mile-High Key Lime Pie,
Coffee, Tea, Soda, or Lemonade.
